Turn an approved cross-sell recommendation into ready-to-send proposal text that speaks
to the specific relationship rather than a generic template.
When to use

Inputs
- The recommendation (service, rationale, estimated value).

Steps
- Open with the client's stated pain point or mandate, in their own framing.
- Describe the recommended service and how it closes the identified gap.
- Make the value concrete — outcomes, timeline, and who is involved.

- Keep compliance-sensitive claims factual and hedged; flag anything needing review.
Output
Proposal copy (email or document form) plus a short internal note on the assumptions made.
Presenting results
- Present every result as one or more clear Markdown tables — one per section, each with a short heading.
- Keep prose minimal; put the substance in the tables.
- Offer the user a downloadable PDF (formatted) and CSV (the underlying rows), and generate them when asked.
