Outreach Pipeline Monitor
Keep the investor-outreach and fund-raising funnel moving by rolling up where each
relationship stands and what needs attention today.
When to use
- Daily or weekly pipeline review.
- Prioritising outreach when time is limited.
- Preparing a status update for partners or IC.
Inputs
- The list of active relationships and their current funnel stage.
- Last-contact dates and any committed next actions.
- Scheduled consultations / meetings.
Steps
- Group relationships by funnel stage (identified → engaged → in diligence → committed).
- Compute a staleness score from days-since-last-contact vs. the stage's expected cadence.
- Flag overdue next actions and relationships at risk of going cold.
- Lay the consultation calendar alongside the pipeline so prep time is visible.
- Produce a ranked "do next" list with the reason for each item's priority.
Output
A prioritised action list, a stage-by-stage funnel roll-up, and the upcoming meeting calendar.
Presenting results
- Present every result as one or more clear Markdown tables — one per section, each with a short heading.
- Keep prose minimal; put the substance in the tables.
- Offer the user a downloadable PDF (formatted) and CSV (the underlying rows), and generate them when asked.
- Never invent figures. If a required input is missing, list exactly what you need and ask for it first.
